Using SimpleT Flow Actions and Components

This guide explains how to add and configure Simple Translate Actions and Components in Salesforce Flows.

Adding a SimpleT Action to a Flow

1. Go to Setup → Flows in Salesforce and open or create a Flow.
2. Click the + icon where you want to add an action.
3. In the Action search bar, type ST_ to list available SimpleT actions.
4. Select the desired action (for example, Simple Translate).
5. Configure the input parameters.
6. Each parameter includes a description and example values.
7. Available actions:
   • SimpleT AI Async Response Awaiter
   • SimpleT AI Service
   • SimpleT Detect Language
   • SimpleT JSON Parser - SimpleT Parse JSON into Key-Value Pairs
   • SimpleT Translate

Adding a SimpleT Component to a Screen Flow

1. Go to Setup → Flows in Salesforce and open or create a Screen Flow.
2. Click the + icon where you want to add a Screen element.
3. From the Custom Components section on the left, drag and drop the desired SimpleT component.
4. Configure the input parameters.
5. Each parameter includes a description and example values.
6. Available components:
   • SimpleT Case Comment
   • SimpleT File AI
   • SimpleT Record AI
