How to use SimpleT Record AI

SimpleT Record AI appears as a section on your record pages, such as Account, Case, Lead, or Contact.

Basic usage steps

1. View current fields
   • The component loads the fields configured by your administrator.
   • You see the current values for each field.
   • If fields look empty, they may not have content yet, or you may not have permission to see them.
2. Choose your action
   • AI Optimize – improves clarity and tone.
   • Translate – translates content into another language.
   • Manual edit – you can always change values yourself.
