Description
The SimpleT AI Glossary is an automated terminology generation feature that analyses existing Salesforce metadata and translations to suggest glossary terms. It identifies brand names, object names, domain vocabulary, and recurring phrases that need consistent translations across languages.

How it works
- Open the Glossary section and select or create a glossary.
- Select Suggested Glossary in the top-right of the glossary item table.
- Choose your target languages from the Choose target languages dropdown.
- Select Generate Glossary — SimpleT AI scans your Salesforce content and produces a list of suggested terms.
- Review the suggestions: each term shows the source value, an AI-generated description, and proposed translations.
- Select the terms you want to keep and select Save to add them to your glossary.
What SimpleT AI identifies
- Brand names — Product and company names that should never be translated.
- Salesforce object names — Custom objects and field labels specific to your org.
- Domain-specific terms — Industry vocabulary that requires a fixed, approved translation.
- Recurring phrases — Strings that appear frequently and benefit from a consistent translation.
Tips
- Run AI Glossary generation before starting a large translation project to seed your glossary.
- Regenerate suggestions when you add new content or change target languages.
- Combine with Create / Manage Glossary to maintain full control over your terminology.
