SimpleT AI Agent – End User Guide
SimpleT AI Agent provides an intelligent assistant that can help you with many tasks through natural conversation. It supports text, voice, file sharing, and camera capture so you can communicate in the way that works best for you.
Setup
Before using the AI Agent, make sure your Salesforce org is set up:
Getting started
Opening the chat
- Look for the chat widget on your page. It usually appears as a minimized bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the chat header to expand the interface.
- The AI assistant greets you and offers help.
Basic chat interface
- Chat header – shows the assistant name and available actions.
- Message area – shows your conversation history.
- Input area – where you type your messages and see extra options.
- Action buttons – quick access to files, camera, voice input, and settings.
