AI Credits and Usage provides visibility into AI credit consumption across SimpleT AI Components. It covers tracking API call volume, execution logs, engine usage, consumption trends, and remaining credit balance.

How to access AI Credits & Usage

1. Navigate to Company Limits in SimpleTranslate.
2. Use the service dropdown to select SimpleT AI Components.
3. View your current credit balance, usage trends, and execution history.

What you can track

• API call volume — Total number of AI component executions over time.
• Execution logs — Per-execution details including component name, trigger, status, and credit cost.
• Engine usage — Breakdown of credit consumption by AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
• Usage trends — Charts showing consumption patterns over days and weeks.
• Remaining balance — Current credit balance at a glance.

Credit consumption

Each AI component execution consumes credits based on:

• The AI provider configured in LLM Manager (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
• The model selected and the volume of content processed.
• The type of action — translation, summarization, generation, and analysis each have different costs.

Managing limits

• If your credit balance runs low, top up via Billing and Plans.
• Use AI Command Center to review which components are consuming the most credits and optimise configurations.
• Set up Notifications to be alerted when your balance drops below a threshold.
