Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security to your account by enabling two-factor authentication.

Set Up Authenticator App (TOTP)

1. After logging in, select the Authenticator App (TOTP) verification method.
2. Scan the displayed QR code with your authenticator app.
3. Note: You can also use the Security Key if the QR code fails to scan.
4. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to verify.
5. Click Verify Code to complete setup.

Recover Access if You Lose Your Device

1. Go to the Having trouble with TOTP recovery page.
2. Enter your email address and click Send Request.
3. Once you receive the email, click the link to remove the current TOTP.
