How to create a token

1. Open the Token section from the navigation bar.
2. Select Add Token.
3. Enter a token name.
4. Optionally set an expiration date.
5. Select Create to generate the token.

After creation, the token value is shown once. Make sure you copy and store it securely.

• Tokens can have an expiration date. After this date they become invalid.
• You can return to the Token section at any time to review or revoke existing tokens.

What a token is used for

• A token is used for authentication with third‑party tools such as Salesforce.
• Users and integrations use tokens to communicate securely with the SimpleTranslate application.
