The Retrieve Scheduler allows you to automatically retrieve selected metadata from your Salesforce org on a daily basis at a specified time. Paid users only.

Automate Metadata Retrieval with Retrieve Scheduler

What you can do

• Schedule automatic daily metadata retrieval.
• Select specific metadata types to retrieve.

Access Retrieve Scheduler

1. Navigate to the Org Credentials section.
2. Find the environment you want to configure.
3. Select the Retrieve Scheduler button for that environment.
4. The Retrieve Scheduler dialog opens for configuration.

Configure Retrieve Scheduler

1. Select environment credentials
   • Choose the Salesforce org credentials that the scheduler should use.
2. Set retrieval time
   • Time is specified in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
   • The scheduler runs daily at the specified time.
3. Select metadata types
   • Choose which metadata types to retrieve automatically.
   • You can select multiple metadata types.
4. Set scheduler status
   • Active: The scheduler runs at the specified time.
   • Inactive: The scheduler is configured but does not run.
