Where notifications appear
Notifications are delivered to the bell icon in the top bar. A red badge shows the number of unread notifications. Select the bell to open the notification panel.
Each row shows the notification icon, the message, the person who triggered the event, and the date and time. A red dot marks an unread notification.
- Select a row to mark it as read. If your role includes access to Logs, the Logs page also opens.
- Select Mark all as read to clear the badge. Notifications remain in the list.
- Select Clear all, or the close icon on a single row, to hide notifications from your list.
- The panel holds up to 100 notifications and shows the most recent 10 until you select View All.

Good to know
- These switches control in app notifications only. Email notifications are configured by an administrator under Organization, Notifications.
- Notifications are kept for 30 days and are then removed automatically.
- Dismissing a notification hides the entry for your account only. The record remains on the Logs page.
Troubleshooting
- No notification for an event you expected. Confirm the type is switched on for the organization you are working in.
- No approval request. Confirm you are configured as an approver for that language.
- A dismissed notification is still needed. Open the Logs page to review the record.
