Job statuses track the lifecycle of a metadata translation job from creation through approval, deployment, and completion. Each status determines which actions are available on the job.

Metadata Translate Job Statuses
- Open: While in this status, the job is available for adding, removing, and updating data.
- Approval in Progress: This status indicates that the job is awaiting approval from all designated approvers.
- Approved: The job is approved and ready to be deployed across various organizations.
- Deployment in Progress: The job has been deployed and is either awaiting further deployments or is pending closure.
- Closed: The job is completed and no further actions are required.
- From any status: The job can be reopened if necessary.
Custom Notifications
- For Approval in Progress: Sends notifications to all assigned approvers while the job is awaiting approval.
- For Approved: Sends an email notification to the job creator once the job has been approved.
