Invite and Manage Users
Complete guide for the user invitation process including two-factor authentication and organization management.
Invitation Process Flow
- Step 1: User receives invitation email with a unique invitation link.
- Step 2: User registers by creating an account (see registration documentation).
- Step 3: User enters 2FA code (or sets up 2FA if not already configured).
- Step 4: User accesses the correct organization.
Invite New Users
- Open the "User" section in the NavBar.
- Click on "Invite User".
- Add the user email address and role of the user.
- The user receives the invitation email with a unique link (expires in 72 hours).
