Description
Glossary Suggestions is an AI-powered feature that automatically scans Salesforce content and recommends terms that should remain consistent across translations, such as brand names, product names, and domain specific vocabulary.

Generate suggestions

Open the Glossary section and select a glossary.

Select Suggested Glossary in the top-right of the glossary item table.

In the dialog, choose one or more target languages from the Choose target languages dropdown.

Select Generate Glossary.

Wait while the system analyzes your content. A progress bar shows generation status.

Once complete, a list of suggested terms appears with:
- Master EN — the source term (preserved casing)
- Description — an AI-generated note explaining what the term is (e.g., "Brand name", "Salesforce object")
- Language — the suggested translation value for each selected target language
Review and edit suggestions
- Use the search bar to filter suggestions by term or description.
- Select the checkbox next to any row to select it, or use the header checkbox to select all.
- Select the + icon to add a single term to your glossary immediately.
- Select the trash icon to remove a suggestion from the list without adding it.
Terms already present in your glossary for all selected languages are shown as dimmed and cannot be added again.
Add suggestions to your glossary
- To add a single term: select the + icon on that row.
- To add all remaining terms at once: select Save in the dialog footer.
- To cancel without saving: select Cancel.
Regenerate suggestions
If you change your target language selection, select Regenerate to run a new analysis with the updated languages.
